Service by Staff
Kepler College staff provide meaningful community services by sharing relevant knowledge and skills to empower different parts of the community. They are expected to participate in at least one community service activity each year. Providing community services is part of their performance evaluation, including academic promotion.Â
Career and Job Readiness
The Career and Job Readiness initiative equips STEM students with the professional competencies and soft skills they need to thrive in the job market. By combining practical training with peer and expert guidance, the program strengthens career preparedness and demonstrates measurable impact, achieving a 12% increase in job readiness based on baseline and endline assessments.
