Faculty

Celestin Nkeramihigo is the Dean of Faculty and he is responsible for all academic programs and related services of the faculty at Kepler College. He works with the faculty team to advance the learning and education experience of students and the development of all academic programs within the faculty. Celestin worked with the team for the development and the implementation of Kepler’s Graduate Employment Program (GEP) in Ethiopia and Rwanda. For 5 years (2017-2021), he worked in curriculum design where, with the team, he developed a number of academic programs and courses. His education background includes MBA in Project Management and BA in Communication, Business Concentration from Southern New Hampshire University (Manchester, USA). Celestin is also a certified project manager (PMP®) and he is a certified PMP® instructor by Project Management Institute (PMI).
