Clement Uwajeneza is a technology business leader. He has 15+ years of experience founding and leading technology companies. Currently as Managing Director for RwandaEQUIP, he is driving tech-driven programs improving the quality of education in Rwanda public primary schools.

As the founding CEO at Irembo, from 2014 to 2018, Clement led the digital transformation of government services in Rwanda. Today, Irembo is the primary channel for interactions between citizens and the Government of Rwanda agencies for all their administrative needs.

Throughout his career, Clement has contributed to initiatives advancing the technology industry, as Founding member of the Business Angels Rwanda, CEO at Andela Rwanda, co-founder of the Rwanda ICT Chamber, co-founder of Klab innovation hub, Chairman of the Board of Rwanda Internet Community and Technology Alliance.
