Adopt-a-School Program is a five-year initiative focused on improving English proficiency among 29 teachers including administrators at Groupe Scolaire Kinyinya. Considering the critical role of English in education, the program addresses skill gaps through comprehensive training, including assessments, tailored learning programs, and continuous evaluations. With the involvement of Kepler College staff and students, the program offers quarterly training sessions, office hour support, and typing assistance, while fostering stronger bonds between Kepler College and Groupe Scolaire Kinyinya. The goal is for all teachers to achieve at least B2 proficiency according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) by 2030, thereby enhancing instructional quality and student outcomes.
