- ITIL 4 Foundation: This is a globally recognized framework of best practices for service management. It’s a widely used framework in diverse industries and is considered the de facto standard for improving the quality and performance of services provided to customers. The goal is to create value for the consumer, and to satisfy user demand or opportunities in the marketplace. This certification is primarily for IT managers, practitioners and support staff involved in the strategy, design, and implementation and on-going support and delivery of business IT services. - Prince 2 Foundation: PRojects IN Controlled Environments (PRINCE2) focuses on directing, managing, and delivering projects across all phases, pre-project, initiation, delivery, and final delivery. The PRINCE2 Foundation certification is an entry-level credential that tests basic project management terminology and methodology, and is targeted at aspiring Project Managers, Project Board members, Team Managers, Project Assurance Professionals, Project Support Professionals, and Operational Line Managers or staff.
