Kepler College’s Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Analytics program is designed to equip students with proficiency in formulating impactful business questions, collecting and storing relevant data, cleaning and preparing structured and unstructured data, analyzing and interpreting diverse data, and effectively communicating the results. The program is offered by leveraging cutting-edge data analysis tools and artificial intelligence technologies to enable students to analyze and interpret diverse business datasets and provide reliable descriptive, predictive, as well as prescriptive insights, which are crucial for data-informed decisions in today’s dynamic business landscape.

Applicants with a Rwandan High School A level certificate must have:
- For General Upper Secondary applicants, an Advanced Level Certificate with at least two principal passes is required for those who completed High School before 2024, or a pass for those who completed in 2024 or later. Any combination including Economics, Mathematics, and Physics is acceptable.
- TVET students must have completed level 5 and should have graduated in any of the following areas in ICT, Computer Systems and Architecture, Land Surveying, Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Applications, Software development, Software Programming, and Embedded Systems, Electrical Technology, Building Construction, Automobile Technology, Mining Technology, Networking and Internet Technologies, Heavy Machine, Leather Technology, Renewable Energy, Public Works, and Multimedia Production with one of them being Mathematics or Physics.
- Professional education students must have completed level 5 and should have graduated in any of the following professional studies: Teacher Training Certificate with Science and Mathematics, Education (SME), Associate Nursing, Business services and Accounting with one of them being Mathematics or Physics.
International Students must have:
- Equivalence for foreign certificates with the minimum criteria mentioned above. Apply here for the equivalence.
Registration Requirements
- A notarized copy of your Secondary School Diploma or its equivalent, recognized by the Rwanda Education Regulatory Agency, showing a minimum of two principal passes — or one pass for applicants who completed high school in 2024 or later.
- A bank slip providing proof of payment of the annual registration fee of Rwf 50,000.
- All accepted students must have a laptop to access learning materials.
Accepted applications will only be allowed to enroll upon presenting the following:
- Valid Mutuelle de Sante card or valid private health insurance card (Rwandan students)
- Valid police clearance letter and passport for student visa requirements (International students)
Fee Information
- Full Three-Year Payment: Rwf 7.5 Million
- Students who pay the full Three-year tuition upfront will receive a 20% discount on the total fee of Rwf 7,500,000, reducing the total cost to only Rwf 5,800,000 for the entire degree program.
- Students who wish to pay the tuition fee per semester in our three-term-per-year academic calendar should make the payment of 625,000 RWF per semester and need to pay during the registration period before the semester begins.
- Students who pay the full year’s tuition in one installment will receive a 10% discount on the total of Rwf 1,875,000, reducing their payment to just Rwf 1,687,500.
- In addition, all applicants who are accepted and choose to enroll at Kepler College will be required to pay Rwf 50,000 annual registration fee to secure their spot.
