History
Launched in 2022 by Kepler, Kepler College offers job-driven, competency-based higher education to talented but economically disadvantaged young Africans. Our programs equip learners with labor market-relevant competencies and 21st-century skills, empowering them to build successful and fulfilling careers.
To ensure access for all, we serve students from marginalized economic backgrounds and offer ethical student financing through the Future of Work Fund, created and managed by Chancen International. This fund enables learners to pursue their studies through Income Share Agreements, ensuring affordability and inclusivity.
Beyond our own programs, Kepler College share insights with the wider higher education community in Rwanda and across Africa. Through technical assistance and partnerships, including our work with Ashesi University’s Education Collaborative East Africa Hub, we support other institutions strengthen their employment outcomes.
