Dr. Emelyne Umunoza Gasana is the DVC for Academic and Research Affairs, an academic leader and researcher with expertise in curriculum design, instructional delivery, and data-driven research. She holds a PhD in Mathematical Statistics from Linköping University (Sweden), an MSc in Technomathematics from LUT (Finland), and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from KIST (Rwanda). An advocate for STEM and women’s leadership in science, through various networks such as RAWISE, OWSD, RYAS, etc. Dr. Umunoza Gasana is a recipient of the Young Scientists Prize at the LinStat Conference in Portugal.
