Position: Director of Careers and Alumni Affairs Education: Master’s degree in Development Practice (MDP) from Regis University Area of Expertise: Students’ career development preparation
Karoli Kolokonyi is a Development Practitioner and the Director of Careers & Alumni Affair at Kepler. For more than five years, he has worked with Kepler helping students’ career development preparation, internship placement, developing interventional career support to facilitate their transition to the labor market. Through this, Karoli oversees the career support services delivery at both Kepler Kigali and Kiziba campus, and engages with employers to build relations and capture labor market skill gap needs. He also oversees the Alumni relations engagement to ensure smooth transition of graduates to the workplace. He has a master’s degree in Development Practice (MDP) from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in communications with a business focus from Southern New Hampshire University. He finds joy in supporting students in helping students find their passion and make informed decisions about their aspired careers.
