In 2013, Kepler started a partnership with Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) through the program that was later named Global Education Movement (GEM), which provides US accredited bachelor’s degrees to refugees and their surrounding communities in Africa.
To ensure our students achieve their full potential to transform their lives and their communities, a team of passionate instructors offer a strong foundation in areas of communication, professional competencies (soft skills), critical thinking, and technology skills. Additionally, since day one, our students receive academic advising and career support services from our dedicated team to help students navigate college life and build workplace-relevant skills necessary for success in their careers.

The competency-based programs offered through a learning-by-doing approach combined with wrap-around services have proven to be effective that 90% of our graduates are employed within 6 months after graduation.

The journey of a Kepler College student begins with the Foundation Program. In this program, students acquire 21st century skills including effective communication, professional competencies (soft-skills), critical thinking, and technology, which they continue to build on as they learn more advanced content specific, and industry readiness competencies.

Bachelors of Arts in Management
The BA in Management degree allows students to learn to plan, direct and coordinate the operations of an organizations as they prepare to advance and excel in management roles. Concentrations are available in Insurance Services, Logistics & Operations and Public Administration.
